Sarah Leigh.
Sarah had always drawn and painted out of pleasure, and hoped to make a living out of her art. Her hopes had turned to reality in the year 2000.
Her dog Charlie was seen as a real 'Pub dog', loved by everyone and showed true character. She had decided to do a painting of him.She was hoping it would was £30 to £40, but she would have never expected it to sell for over £200. Since then dozens of orders for pet portaits came in.\
I find her work very inspiring. I love the detail she has put into them, how she makes them look so realistic and gives them character. Their personalities show through her art.
