Analyse the requirements and parameters of a time-based problem in art and design.

When in the dark room I processed the photographs correctly, although when placing them in the water the photographs went too dark therefore I used the SD card from the camera in able to use my narrative photography on the computer.

Researching artists helped towards my Narrative photography, because it gave me idea's and inspired me because of how creative the artists photographs were.

I think the photographs on the digital camera worked better than the film camera photographs.

When taking panoramic photographs I liked how I could blend the photo's together into one, it gave the photograph movement. I used light and dark effects to bring the contrast out in the photo's. looking up at buildings and taking photo's from high and low viewpoints made the photo's more interesting to look at, rather than looking at the building straight on.

I think the effects worked well as they make the photo's stand out.

Wire Head.

I made this head based on my own from wire. I did not really like this piece very much, I couldn't quite get the wire how I wanted it to bend. The face also looked oddly shaped.

Historical Event - The Extinction of the Dinosaurs.

Grayson Perry.

Grayson was born 24 March 1960, he is an English artist mainly known for his ceramic vases, which I find to be quite interesting and expressional. His female alter-ego 'Claire' appears in a lot of his work. When Grayson was seven years old, his father left, which he described to be the largest impact on his life.  He had always taken an interest in drawing and building aeroplane sculptures, both had become themes in his work. He was affected by his stepfathers violence and would disappear either to his bedroom or to his stepfathers shed, where he would escape to a fantasy land sometimes involving a teddy bear he named 'Alan Measles', this teddy bear had become a 'father figure' to him.

At the age of 15 he moved in with his fathers family, at this time Grayson had unusual sexual desires and fantasy's, in which he became a cross dresser. Although when his stepmother told everyone about it he got kicked out and had to go live with his Stepfather again.

Following the encouragement of his art teacher, he decided to study art. He graduated in 1982.

I find Grayson's work to be quite interesting, and I also found his history to be interesting. His work looks unrealistic but unique, he uses bright colours and lots of objects which all stand out. I find his pottery to be interesting, his work seems to be very biographical.

Making patterns in Illustrator.

I used the shape tools to create the shapes, then I used the pen tool to distort them, i used effects to change them around by bloating them, I also used the object -Pattern-Make method. I think this pattern looks like an old computer screen when its crashing. I thought it was easy to create this pattern but the colors don't really look very attractive. The pattern looks too large also.

John Heartfield

I find Johns work to be very interesting because of how the photographs are contrasted, and how things like top hats are on top of a hyena's head, I think it makes it stand out. i find the photo of Hitler interesting too because of how it shows his insides, his spine is made from coins, and at the bottom of his stomach is also shows coins.

Peter Blake

Blake was born in 1932 in England. During the late 1950's he became famous for his pop art, and was one of the most famous artists in pop art. His paintings included wrestlers, advertisements, and music, hall entertainment imagery. He had always had an interest in combining images. His work stands out to me because of all the bright colors mixed with old photographs, they contrast nicely.
